Using the games

You may use the site and play the games for personal, noncommercial entertainment. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site. If you are below the age at which you can accept these terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.

Play fairly

Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with other visitors, attempt to gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or disrupt the site’s operation. Do not automate interactions with advertisements or encourage artificial ad clicks.

No gambling or prizes

Mr.King Games provides free arcade entertainment. It does not offer real-money wagering, gambling, or prizes. Game scores have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

Content and ownership

The site’s original code, designs, artwork, and game content belong to their respective owners. Playing a game does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute third-party content. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Availability and saved scores

The game and its shared leaderboard may change or become unavailable. Submitted initials, location, school, and scores are public. Do not post offensive content or manipulate scores. Entries may be removed or reset to address abuse or errors. Local preferences can be lost when you clear browser data. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent score storage.

Advertisements and external services

Any advertisements are separate from gameplay. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms apply when you use them.

Limitations

The site is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every need or be free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
